Today wasn't too bad Maria and I got up at 5:30 so no later than I have been waking up to go to work. But now that I am in the rocking chair with her and her lying on me (drooling away) I am feeling sleepy again. Since having Maria the drive that I had lost to have a clean house has come back and I find myself doing things like laundry almost daily. I have given myself time limits for cleaning because Maria is so demanding. 20 minutes at a time so long as Maria isn't crying. Last weekend I got the table and counter top cleaned although you couldn't tell I cleaned the counter right now.
So far this morning I washed bottles and my breast pump parts. I don't want to put my baby girl down but laundry is calling my name while everyone is asleep.
Update: about 5 minutes after I hit publish Donnie woke up and so did Maria so after feeding her and cuddling with Donnie talking about our plans for the day I have decided laundry can wait for a little while at least until Maria is done with this latest bout of spitting up.
Hmmmm...well I remember "cuddling" with David one morning when Ethan was about 3 months old, and Elise was born a few months later. Watch out!! :-)
